At The Aesthetic UX, we aim to deliver every project with care, clarity, and professionalism. Since each service we offer involves planning, time, and dedicated resources, our refund rules are outlined below to keep everything fair and transparent.

1. General Policy

Most of our services are custom in nature. Once a project has started, we assign developers, designers, marketers, and project managers specifically for your work. For this reason, refunds are limited and offered only in specific situations.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Web development and website design once initial work has begun
  • SEO, SMO, or PPC campaigns after campaign setup or strategy approval
  • Monthly retainers or ongoing marketing services
  • Work already delivered, completed, or approved
  • Delays caused by the client (lack of content, feedback, or approvals)

Any payment made to secure a project slot or begin research/planning is also non-refundable.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

A partial or full refund may be considered if:

  • The project has not been started at all
  • The payment was made by mistake (verified case)
  • We are unable to begin the project due to internal reasons

In such cases, refunds are processed only after reviewing the request in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • All completed work up to the cancellation point will be billed
  • Any advance payment covering completed work will not be refunded
  • If the work completed is greater than the advance paid, the remaining amount must be settled before the project is closed

We aim to keep cancellation smooth and transparent, but we do expect fair compensation for time and effort already invested.

5. Digital Marketing Campaigns

For PPC, SEO, or SMO services:

  • Setup fees, research fees, and campaign creation charges are non-refundable
  • Third-party costs (advertising platforms, tools, plugins, hosting, etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Spending on ad networks is controlled directly by the client’s platform account and cannot be refunded by us

Performance results may vary based on competition and market behavior; therefore, refunds cannot be issued based on campaign outcomes.

6. Service Delivery Issues

If you believe there is a problem with the delivered work:

  • Please report the issue within 7 days
  • We will review the case and attempt to resolve it promptly
  • If the issue cannot be resolved and it falls under our responsibility, we may offer alternative solutions or partial compensation

Our first priority is always to fix the work rather than process refunds.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds (where applicable):

  • Will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Will be issued through the same payment method used initially

Bank or transaction delays are beyond our control.
